Inside FSSG:
Heritage & Vision.

Vision
To be Africa’s most trusted and advanced provider of industrial and critical asset security

Having spent most part of my professional life in managing and developing private security initiatives from multi-site industrial contracts to VIP movements and event protection, I have built a national footprint, robust SOPs, a training culture, and a strong safety record while navigating audits, tenders, and public-sector interfaces. That operational heritage remains people, playbooks, and credibility; the foundation for Fortis Sentinel Security Group (FSSG).
We created FSSG as a green-field, investor-ready vehicle to ring-fence risk, modernize the tech stack from day one (C3, drones, AI video, telematics), and certify to ISO 18788 and VPSHR without legacy constraints.. FSSG is packaged for scale; data-driven, compliance-first, and designed to meet the expectations of multinationals, DFIs, and insurers.

Our Values
Decision test: if it’s not safe, lawful, transparent, and measurable - don’t do it.

We do the right thing; especially when no one is watching. Transparent incident reporting, zero tolerance for misconduct, strict conflict-of-interest rules, and tamper-evident data trails.
In practice: dual-control for cash/bullion, 24-hour incident disclosure, GDPR-grade data privacy.
KPIs: unresolved audit findings = 0; report timeliness ≥ 95%.
Integrity
Standards before shortcuts. Every shift runs on post orders, checklists, and drills.
In practice: daily SOP compliance checks, monthly live exercises, weapon/K9 protocols.
KPIs: SOP adherence ≥ 98%; missed drills ≤ 2%/quarter.
Discipline
We deploy tools that shorten the path from signal to decision.
In practice: C3 integration, edge-AI analytics, drone patrol pilots and retros.
KPIs: % sites on C3/drones ≥ 80% by Year 2; false-alarm rate ↓ ≥ 40%.
Innovation
Security earns legitimacy through local value.
In practice: ≥ 40% local hire, grievance hotline with 15-day closure target, GHS 50k/site micro-grants.
KPIs: protests = 0; grievance closure ≥ 90% on time.
Community
Owners for every risk, metrics for every claim.
In practice: client dashboards, service-credit clauses, corrective-action logs with due dates.
KPIs: corrective actions closed on time ≥ 90%; on-time response SLA ≥ 95%.
Accountability
FSSG’s people fuse incident-command experience with ISO 18788/VPSHR discipline and modern tech fluency who turn data into lawful, timely action. Data rigor (chain-of-custody, audit-ready reporting) is critical to our operations.
Community intelligence through multilingual liaisons and a 40% local-hire commitment, a risk mindset built on red-teaming and after-action reviews, first-responder readiness, and a strict ethics regime (dual control, zero-misconduct tolerance) is a cornerstone demand.
Our 6-week bootcamp and merit ladders grow guard-to-C3 talent. The outcome is measurable: training completion ≥95%, SLA on-time ≥95%, corrective actions closed ≥90%, and weapon-discharge incidents at zero.
